no need to apologise dick at all, my point is people come on here to talk or discuss valve stuff and join to find out things, if a thread has the title mech valves or tissue valves you would expect to to be in large about that, I have no problem whatsoever in people talking about politics sex...

doc put me on them , felt awful, come off them tried different ones felt awful, so not on them, saying that most are ok

not real bothered but if people wanna talk politics just start a thread on it, imo I think threads should be kept more or less on topic, I understand it can wander but when most of it is not on subject ? .

if you wanna go mech go for it, we are very lucky we have a choice imo

It's something I have since my valve replacement. It shows up on any echo and unless you tell them you have it it causes a bit of panic. My cardio says nothing to worry about and also my surgeon. Just another little present I guess lol

ashadds , do your homework ask your cardio and surgeon for there advice and make your choice, remember its your personnel choice for you and that might not be somebody elses choice, go down the route you are happy with,

hi funzel, its normal to be nervous and unsure, what you got to remember is you are going to make a choice which is going to save your life, am sure others will chime in and give there opinions and it really is down to you which path you go down, you have to pick for you not what anybody else...
