    Similar here in that it was a known issue, but I was asymptomatic. I'd say it's great you're being well attended to, and the docs are being conservative. We're here as you process and need info.

    Obviously, your doc is the best source and knows your situation best, but it sounds like shrugs and various shoulder-raise exercises would work the relevant muscle groups and meet the criteria you've been given. Great job keeping up the activity.
