Anybody using Coag Sense for INR testing?

Where do u see tiny vent hole in that tube? I'm using these sample tubes @ https://stat-technologies.com/product/the-coag-sense-sample-transfer-tubes/ I also called their Tech Support line @ 866-903-0890. They think that I may be pushing blood into the device way too fast and causing air...

Anybody using Coag Sense for INR testing?

I switched my health insurance this year and ended up moving to a new home monitoring company (LinCare). They moved me to Coag Sense. IMHO, Coag Sense is pretty difficult to use (compared to Coagu Check XS). They expect us to use capillary to transfer the blood and then use this capillary to...

How far into range are you comfortable with?

I prefer to keep my INR @ 2.5 (Cardio's recommended range is 2 - 3). My dosages are 16-17 mg / day === roughly 115 mg / week. I seem to have very high metabolism and am extremely active. I home-test twice a week.

    warfarin dosage levels

My doctors are trying to keep my INR in the 2.5 - 3.0 range, but it does not seem to be working. I always have been hyper active, gym rat with really high metabolism. My INR went down from 2.4 to 1.8 last week and have been advised to bump my warfarin to 15 mg / day. It seems that as I increase...
