    Gag reflex warfarin

Years ago, with another pill I was having a hard time taking too. I would drink a few sips of water, then quickly I took the pill in-between the sips the water. It worked. Hope you figure it out! It has to be frustrating!

    I can't get no sleep

I also had the same problem!!! After the 2nd night of no sleep and lots of tears, I ordered a wedge pillow. That was a game changer for me! I would lay flat on the wedge, then the only pillows I used, were pillows for under my shoulder/arms (not fluffy pillows either!). If I kept my...

5 myths of heart valve surgery Dr Marc Gerdisch

Yes, I had pain and couldn't take deep breaths. While I was still in the hospital, they started daily x-rays because I was having a hard time taking deep breaths. It turns out I had fluid around my lungs. I had my surgery in Dec. 2020, the peak of COVID. I wasn’t allowed to leave my room even to...

Sending you lots of good vibes too! I used hiking in the Eastern Sierra's as my pre-surgery help and I'm happy to say I just spent 2 weeks camping and hiking. It was the best trip! Best of luck for your surgery and time with your poles and new shoes!
