@newarrior your issue of the heart valve is very small compared to your depression. You should seek professional help as soon as possible. Get in contact with your GP or psychologist.

I've crossed the line into severe and need to make a decision

*the quote is way too long to keep attaching.. just know it flows from your last post haha @Chuck C 🙂 sounds like a good experience. The ICU is pretty intense but that is more reassuring then anything. Yes sleeping in the recliner would be more comfortable but nothing beats the bed at home...

Great outcome. Get that aFib under control and its like it cant go any smoother. Yes recliner chairs are the best to sleep in. That or like 10 pillows. Stay on those pain killers. Your surgeon did a good job by the sound (read*) of things 🙂

Hi @newarrior, This is a decision that you must be comfortable with making and living with what each journey looks like, the good and the bad. You already make it clear you want to stay in Thailand to live and that you are confident with the medical experts there. So i can see you leaning more...

    Warfarin app

Well the "3 day moving average" is most based off the data that you enter into the spread sheet. So if you test 2 times per week it works off that. It you test every week or 1 per month.. it will go with your testing pattern.. what i gather is to be consistent. (It also has a "smoothing" if you...

    Warfarin app

Yes that would be best. Up to you and your testing regime and how stable your levels are. It is a guide and more than anything.

    Warfarin app

3 day moving average - help you see the trend line of your INR. So you can make more moderate changes to your warfarin based on your moving average instead of wild swings in each direction

    Warfarin app

Hi, I created this a week or so ago. It needs to be reviewed by yourself if suitable. But you could use, add on to it and make your own if you like. Inr Chart - example
