Kind of quiet around here this week. I hope our members who are recuperating are well on the way to full recovery!!! I'm still doing pretty well and really trying to embrace "The Bonnie" with slow is best and one pound a week is the way to go. I know she is cheering us on!!!

My friend Susan is out of surgery and beginning the long process of recovery. Both physical and emotional. Colon cancer is tough to beat but she is a strong woman in all areas. Please continue to keep her in your prayers.

Had my cardio visit yesterday and all is well except the waistline and I'm working on that. Lets keep Duffey in our prayers as she continues to recover from her tonsillectomy ... that surgery is MUCH tougher on adults than kids.... BIG HUGS TO DUFFEY!!!!
