I I need one pretty please, it’s so hard to find one in RSA

Tissue oil is something we use in RSA to help scars disappear. The incision healed and totally fine. My wife just didn’t like the incision being open she is always worrying but I guess she’s fine now lol

so I would take it off to clean it then put tissue oil on it and then cover it again did this usually once a week but I stopped covering it now

I I think mine was glued as well but it was covered with this long string of plaster/bandage but I’m not sure how long it should be covered I am about 6 weeks in recovery

Hi all, when should you remove your chest wound plaster after receiving avr?

I can’t see myself eating salad for supper lol but we can eat chicken and things for supper like maybe one night il have chicken another night maybe a cheese sandwich and fast food do we need to cut that out. Sorry I’m fairly new to this I’m 4 weeks into my recovery so it’s a bit hard letting go...

Hi Regarding your diet do you eat everyday vitamin k? Or is it just like you eat vitamin k whenever but you just don’t go over a certain amount whenever you eat it

Hi Chuck When you phrase it like that letting go of the old things to learn new things does help. I guess the fact that I am 26years old taking warfarin and being only 3 weeks into recovery is still a bit hard to take in that you have to let go somethings. I definitely wouldn’t want to get hurt...

Hi Have you started playing soccer yet? I am curious to know is it safe did you need to make any adjustments how did your body handle the impact? Did you take any precautions before the game ? Lol sorry for all the questions at once I just recently got my aortic valve replaced I am still in recovery
