    Not so much stressful as just dealing with it. I keep my female hair short. Use a hair catcher in the tub, although I shower.

    I have some hair loss from Warfarin, so I keep hair short, I am Female and pretty(lol). I lose not a lot, but with is short, not too much goes down the drain as I use a hair catcher for the drain.

    Not everyone can diet the same as you. And I am type 2 diabetic also, but no restrictions on my normal diet. I still nibble a bit but use portion control on sweets and what I eat at mealtime.

    And they make from 1mg to 10mg and you are dosed according the Protime or INR results. People like some doctors are not very well educated on the dosages available. I take 5mg 4 days a week and split the five to 2.5 the other three days of the week. Sometimes I hit the target and sometimes not.

    My lab that uses that, when I went to 100, I had to go to the regular lab in the hospital and get a draw from the arm. My reading in the lab was 4.0. The other lab concurred the same, and we dosed accordingly.
