Its there all the time day and night (ON-X) but as i have said before i am used to it now and just get on with it. I agree it can help you get to sleep but i would prefer it to be quieter. To sum up it becomes part of your new life and you live with it.

so reading the diagnosis i still have i had an ONX aortic valve and root replacement + patch to doubly committed ventricular and aneurism on sinus of Valsalva!

In a meeting yesterday and a guy said is that your watch-of course it wasnt! I get used to it and then get self conscious it sometimes louder than others but hey ho!

not that i do this but does it affect anything if you drink in the afternoon and then take your dose of warfarin at teatime and then have more drink? Like most i do not drink like i used to and tend not to have a beer or glass of vino until meds are taken?

Hi i only joined this forum yesterday can i ask if your back and neck pain were due to surgery?

it takes time mate maybe use the step counter on your phone if you have one and build up.I was in hospital 14 days pneumonia etc but built up from a 1000 and so on until i got back to normal but only do what you feel comfy with

quite annoying at first but completely used to it now after 5 months. I also tried white noise but just get on with it now

I had valve replacement surgery in the UK on 27th June and since then get a bad back around 4 in the morning after going to bed at around 930PM.Does anyone else get this? I did not have it before the surgery
