    Its there all the time day and night (ON-X) but as i have said before i am used to it now and just get on with it. I agree it can help you get to sleep but i would prefer it to be quieter. To sum up it becomes part of your new life and you live with it.

    In a meeting yesterday and a guy said is that your watch-of course it wasnt! I get used to it and then get self conscious it sometimes louder than others but hey ho!

    Drinking alcohol on warfarin

    not that i do this but does it affect anything if you drink in the afternoon and then take your dose of warfarin at teatime and then have more drink? Like most i do not drink like i used to and tend not to have a beer or glass of vino until meds are taken?

    Bad Back after surgery

    I had valve replacement surgery in the UK on 27th June and since then get a bad back around 4 in the morning after going to bed at around 930PM.Does anyone else get this? I did not have it before the surgery
