Still at clinical trial stage, but they will discontinue anti-coagulation for patients from Sep 2024. Given that there is only 10 patients, we should know if this mech valve is indeed feasible without warfarin by end 2026.

Correct me if I’m wrong someone but this valve has been in development for over 10 years and was first known as the Furtiva Triflo valve? I remember reading about the trials in sheep about 5 years ago, and the issues with clotting after a few months.
