Severe Regurge discovered in 2007, Couple of bouts with Pericarditis after AVR. 1st surgery... came out with low EF (30) and CHF after first OHS(valve repair), went in with a 60 no reason given for low EF or CHF from CCF. Went back to CCF for redo and AVR. November 2015 have been having issue with SOB during exertion, Stress Echo nothing really new, heart is damaged and enlarged. Cardiac Cath Nov. 2015 - all clean and clear, that isnt the issue for the SOB issue. In good shape but exertion has gotten harder in past 6 months, reason, currently unknown.

- AV "repair" Sept 2007 that failed (Cleveland Clinic), St Jude 27AGN AVR Dec 2007 CCF), still had severe regurge after repair found via esough. echo in November, Redo December3, 2007 ( St Jude Valve),Reopened Dec 4 for internal bleeding.
