No Symptoms for the first 30 years of my life. Starting mid 2015 I started having almost daily palpitations, that eventually increased in length from a few minutes to hours. Was hospitalised in November 2015 after passing out after having a palpitation for 4 hours. After a stay in hospital and testing they realised I required an aortic valve replacement.

- First surgery at 2 weeks old, April 1985;
Switch procedure (Transposition of the great arteries)
April 12 2016;
Aortic valve replaced with a Mechanical Aortic Valve (29mm CardiaMed)
Linear endocardial ablation procedure (Star pattern)
- Medications
- Warfarin (Coumadin) - Currently 6.5mg daily
Sotalol - 80mg twice daily
