No major heart problems so far. I didn't have any clear identifiable symptoms prior to finding out about my regurgitating aortic valve so I was very lucky it was all caught before my 5.2 cm aortic aneurysm ruptured.
I enjoy being active, prior to my surgery I was running 20-30 miles a week. Now I'm running pretty close to that. I have finally emotionally recovered and physically re-conditioned which makes me very happy girl!!!
