Currently have diastolic heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, high risk for aneurysm due to connective tissue disorder, hypertensive response to exercise, and chronic anticoagulation. Have had two life-threatening bleeds due to anticoagulation - nosebleed and pseudoaneurysm after catheter procedure in right radial artery (INR was in range for both bleeds). History of bicuspid aortic valve with stenosis, ascending aortic aneurysm, coarctation of the aorta, exercise-induced A/V heart block (Sorin Reply Pacemaker), persistent left superior vena cava (right superior vena cava missing), small VSD. Worsening shortness of breath on exertion.
