Congenital Aortic Stenosis (Bicuspid Aortic Valve) operated in 1978 (Valvulotomy, 3 yo). Yearly controls since then. Evolution Mild-Moderate-Severe.
Currently Asymptomatic (or at least that's what I think) Very Severe Aortic Stenosis (Vmax = 6 m/s) and Dilated Aortic Root (52 mm). Surgery Recommendation (Composite Aortic Valve Graft Replacement).
Like travelling with family, playing tennis, horseback riding and skiing every now and then.
