mitral valve prolapse during most of my adult life. Had to have the mitral valve repaired and did so on 8/8/11. Tough surgery - touch and go, but I'm healthy now. Only one problem - my vision was affected - and now everything is dark and some areas of my vision are blanked out.

After surgery I was on Amiodorone, Warafin, Metoprolol, potassium, and Furosemide
