I was born with Aortic Stenosis and Incompetence. It was repaired via OHS at 5 months and when I was 17 I had OHS again where they performed a Ross Procedure. The Ross procedure involved replacing my aortic valve with my pulmonary valve and inserting a new tissue pulmonary valve. I am now 26 years old and have just returned from hospital after having a Melody Valve Replacement where they replaced my pulmonary valve via groin.
