- Surgery
- Aortic Valve replaced with a St. Jude Mechancial valve. I had this done at Duke University Medical Center by Dr Donald D. Glower. The surgery was on 9/17/07.
- Medications
- warfarin I am taking 2.5 mg at this time. My p/t needs to be 2.0-3.0
- Occupation
- I am a CNA. I am a home health floater for the hospital in my area.
