Rheumatic mitral stenosis and regurgitation. Repair completed at age 34 via percutaneous balloon improved stenosis and worsened regurgitation. OHS completed at age 56 included mechanical MVR for mitral stenosis and regurgitation, tricuspid repair for regurgitation (annuloplasty ring), Maze procedure for afib, and LAAL for clot prevention. Five days later, pacemaker for complete heart block that developed post-surgery.
