Was told I had heart murmur as child but would out-grow; mitral valve prolapse when 18 and now at 54, mitral valve is fine, but have BAV with moderate to severe aortic stenosis
Running (half-marathons) but Cardiologist says no more of these. I use the run/walk method (run for 1 minute then walk briskly for 1 minute)
