So 7 years ago I was in my first afib which is being controlled by metpropol and flecinide, it was at this time I was found to have mild stenosis which now has advanced to sever stenosis. I'm 6 foot 280 pounds and have been in meat cutting for over 50 years .I put on about 40 pounds in the last year as I have trouble working out with weights due to shortness of breath.I still walk a mile or 2 a day but it's a walk not much in the way of cardio anymore.The weight gain is probably a combination of not cutting back my eating when I stopped weight lifting and then I retired at the end of Febuary .I'll be 66 July 21,2022
